2. Astrological Services:

2.1 Accuracy of Insights: While Unbox Prosperity strives to provide accurate astrological insights, results may differ. We do not guarantee the accuracy or effectiveness of the information provided.

2.2 Non-Refundable Shipping and Surcharges: Payments made for shipping and surcharges are non-refundable. The cost of Navyantra is voluntary and can be paid at the user’s discretion.

3. Refund and Return Policy:

3.1 Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable if the product has not been dispatched for shipping within 21 days of receiving the order.

3.2 No Refunds on Shipping and Surcharges: Refunds are not applicable for shipping and surcharge fees.

3.3 Buy Now, Pay Later: Customers have the option to pay the cost price of Navyantra whenever they feel satisfied with the product. The refund policy only applies before the product is dispatched for shipping.

3.4 Shipping : For overseas orders the product will reach within 15-31 days of receiving the payment.

Shipping Partners for Overseas Deliveries -DHL, Aramex 

For Domestic orders the product will will be delivered within 5- 14 days of receiving the payment.

4. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA):

4.1 Confidentiality Commitment: Unbox Prosperity ensures the confidentiality of astrological consultations through a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) signed by our astrologers.

5. Termination of Services:

Unbox Prosperity reserves the right to terminate or suspend services to users who violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in activities that may be harmful to others or the company.
